Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. In accordance with French consumer law (Article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code), risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon actual delivery of the goods, not upon shipment.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
