Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this legal requirement, giving you even more flexibility.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at pixee.help@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Pixee Monitor will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (e.g. beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
