Article 2 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases made on pixeemonitor.com between Pixee Monitor and any buyer ("Customer"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3 – Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Pixee Monitor shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in product descriptions.

Article 4 – Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. Pixee Monitor reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Orders

Orders are placed online via pixeemonitor.com. The sale is finalized upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after each order.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online through the methods available on the website. All transactions are secured. Pixee Monitor does not store any banking information.

Article 7 – Shipping & Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as estimates only. Pixee Monitor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from delivery delays.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Law (Article L.221-18), customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. Article 9 – Returns & Refunds

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved by contacting pixee.help@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. The following items are non-refundable: personalized/custom products, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards.

Article 10 – Legal Warranties

Customers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website, and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 12 – Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may seek conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 13 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
